In this modern age where our posture and wellbeing is being affected by the way we are living the Alexander Technique can offer you the opportunity to become aware and potentially change these learned patterns.
This two hour workshop into the principles of the Alexander Technique. Through a series of simple activities and demonstrations, participants will explore habitual physical patterns and 'bad habits'and learn how to apply these observations to everyday activities.
This workshop is open to anyone who would like to find out more about the Alexander Technique and how it might help them. All practices can be done from sitting, standing or lying down.
